Eric G. Prengel has three years of experience as Group President of Sportswear for Hart Schaffner & Marx, where he is responsible for developing collections and strategies with various apparel designer brands. He became involved in his profession because of his love for fashion and clothing, and he attributes his success to his love for his profession, persistence and team player and management abilities. Mr. Prengel began his career in Canada with Mexx Canada. He continued in his career at Aldo Shoes, met his wife, and then became a division head with LaSenza before relocating to New York. He worked for Ralph Lauren, Ecko Unlimited and Kenneth Cole before being recruited to the sportswear division of Hartmarx.

Mr. Prengel completed coursework in Mathematics and Computer Science at Mount Allison University and coursework in fashion merchandising at LaSalle College in 2001.
