With over 31 years in the fashion industry and 19 years of experience as Chief Executive Officer of the T. Group, Theresa Harrelson is responsible for merchandising, purchasing, budgeting, profitability and overall acting as a liaison between designers, manufacturers and retailers. Ms. Harrelson attributes her success to having great number skills, strong relationships and a broad network of individuals within the business. She knows what it means to be passionate in life, how to drive business, work hard and she is generous at heart with an excellent taste level.

Ms. Harrelson received an associate degree in communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 1980, and a bachelor's degree in business from Western Michigan University in 1981. She is an alumni of the Chi Omega Sorority and is an active volunteer for different charity organizations, including 17 years as coordinator for Winesong: Mendocino Coast Hospital's Annual Charity Wine Auction and Tasting.
