In the business of fashion, Ms. Milligan makes it her personal responsibility to ensure that her customers feel good in the clothing they select. With 57 years of overall professional experience, she has spent the past quarter of a century working for Our Place Boutique, where she has been involved in almost every aspect of fashion. In addition to her previous modeling work, she has garnered experience setting up displays and windows, providing commentary during fashion shows, and training salespeople. If she cannot help customers with their specific requests, Ms. Milligan finds someone better equipped to address them.

Ms. Milligan's introduction to the fashion world began when she was just 14 years old. After working at her cousin's clothing store in Tennessee, she obtained a job working for an upscale boutique, which she maintained throughout college. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics from The University of Tennessee in 1961, and pursued her passion in retail. Ms. Milligan has made a long-term contribution to her field. Not only did she help contribute to her company's title of Best Boutique in the Southeastern United States, awarded by Women's Wear Daily in 1999, but she was also distinguished as a Cambridge Who's Who VIP of the Year for 2011 for her service-oriented work approach and commitment to fashion.
